     Agnes Hope was born in 1730 in Chester County, Pennsylvania.2 She was the daughter of Thomas Hope and Jennet Wilken. She married Robert McPherson about 1751 or 1752.3
     As of about 1751 or 1752,her married name was McPherson. In Thomas Hope's will on 11 Feb 1775 at Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, Agnes was named as an heir.1,4,5 In Robert McPherson's will, Agnes was named by Robert to handle his estate on 25 Sep 1776 at Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.1

He married Hannah Witherow, daughter of Robert Witherow, in 1760.4,5,3 Robert Hope died b 11 Feb 1775 in Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, Thomas Hope's will dated 11 Feb 1775 mentions his son Robert, deceased..6
     Upon Robert's death, his estate was administered on 25 Feb 1775 at Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.

A petition from the widow, Hannah Hope, said her "husband Robert Hope died intestate; and I unfit to manage the affairs of the estate myself therefor it is my will and ernest desire that my father Robert Witherow may be appointed to administer with me, given under my hand this 25th day of Feb. 1775" signed Hannah Hope
Appraised on April 6th 1775 by John Fleming and Joseph Cowan.7 Upon Robert's death, his estate was administered on 28 Feb 1775 at Chester County, Pennsylvania.8

     Adam Hope was born in 1729 at Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.2,3 He was the son of Thomas Hope and Jennet Wilken. He married Agnes Kinkead a 1749 at Pennsylvania.4,5 Adam Hope died on 22 Aug 1802 in Abingdon, Washington County, Virginia.6,7,4 He was buried at Green Spring Cemetery, Green Spring, Washington County, Virginia, Plot BM7.8
     Adam was left £50 in the Nov 29, 1770 will of his father-in-law, John Kinkead.9 In Thomas Hope's will on 11 Feb 1775 at Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, Adam was named as an heir.1,10,11

     Thomas Hope was born a 1756 at Chester County, Pennsylvania.2 He was the son of Adam Hope and Agnes Kinkead. Thomas Hope died on 12 Aug 1810.2
     He had difficulty with "spiritous liquor" according to his father's will.2

     He married Agnes Hope, daughter of Thomas Hope and Jennet Wilken, about 1751 or 1752.2 Robert McPherson died b 25 Sep 1776 in Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.3
     They had nine children.3 In Thomas Hope's will, Robert was named by Thomas to handle his estate on 11 Feb 1775 at Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.3,1,4 He made a will on 25 Sep 1776 at Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.3

     Hannah Witherow was born in 1740.2 She was the daughter of Robert Witherow.3 She married Robert Hope in 1760.4,1,5 Hannah Witherow died in 1807.5
     As of 1760,her married name was Hope.6 She were appointed to handle Robert Hope's estate on 28 Feb 1775 at Chester County, Pennsylvania.7 In Robert Witherow's will on 9 Nov 1793 at West Caln, Chester County, Pennsylvania, Hannah was named as an heir.8,3 Upon Hannah's death, her estate was administered by Thomas Hope Esq. on 27 May 1807 at Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Balance of estate due the Administrator was 320.95..9,10

     Thomas Hope Esq. was born on 11 Jan 1765.3,4,5 He was the son of Robert Hope and Hannah Witherow. He married Mary Heslep, daughter of Thomas Heslep, in 1795.6,7 Thomas Hope Esq. died on 15 Aug 1825 at age 60.8,9,10 He was buried at Upper Octorara Cemetery, Parkesburg, Chester County, Pennsylvania.8
     He was appointed to handle Hannah Witherow's estate on 27 May 1807 at Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.11,12 Thomas Hope Esq. were appointed to handle Richard Hope's estate on 31 Mar 1815 at Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.13 Upon Thomas's death, his estate was administered on 3 Oct 1825 at Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Joseph Stott was the administrator of his estate.2
