     Dea. Robert Finney was born in 1607.2,3 He married Phoebe Ripley on 1 Sep 1641.4,5,6 Dea. Robert Finney died on 7 Jan 1687/88 at Plymouth, Plymouth Colony.7,8,2,9
     He arrived at Plymouth colony in 1638.
Robert & his brother John were mentioned often in the Plymouth colony town meeting records, most conducted by Governor William Bradford. The brothers were referred to as Ffinney in the records.
Here are some entries:
Feb 1643 Town Meeting: It was agreed that 5 men including John & Robert ffinney would set wolf traps at designated spots.
Dec 1646 Robert & John Ffinney were both listed as lieutenants.
Dec 1646 Robert & John Ffinney in attendance. It was decided, those not in attendance would "forfite to ye towns use for every such default" except those with lawful excess.
Feb 1649 Town Meeting. 7, including Robert Ffinney appointed to oversee & make decisions on "Poores Cattell."
Feb 1651 Robert Ffinney listed as team leader in decission making concerning parcels of land.
Jan 1662 Townspeople of Plymouth chose Robert Ffinney & Ephriam Morton to recieve the agreed amount in building a house for the minister.
March 1662 Robert Ffinney, Nathaniel Warren & Ephriam Morton appointed by the town to run the line & to "set the bounds sett betwixt the Township of Sandwich & our township."10 He left a will on 20 May 1686 at Plymouth, Plymouth Colony. The will, probated at Plymouth, on file at Boston, provided:
"Beq. to wife Phebe; to kinsmen Robert and Josiah F. of Ply; to John F.Jr. of Barnstable, son of brother John; to Charity May; to Hannah, wife of Ephraim Morton, Jr."11

     William Bradford was born on 17 Jun 1624 at Plymouth, Plymouth Colony.2,3 He was the son of William Bradford and Alice Carpenter.1 William Bradford married third Mary Wood, daughter of John Atwood and Sarah Masterson, a 1676.
According to Rev. William Adams of Madison Square Church, New York City, With Adams and Bradford Lines, Pg. 8, Mary was the widow of Rev. John Holmes of Duxbury who died 6 January 1714/15. This date does not seem likely since William Bradford died in 1704, before Mary Holmes became a widow. Since John's will is dated 16 Dec 1675, it's more likely he died around that time.4,2,1,5
William Bradford died on 20 Feb 1703/4 at Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, at age 79.6,7,8
     William married 1st Alice Richards (d. of Thomas and Welthean Richards of Weymouth) who died at Plymouth 12 December 1671. He married 2nd the widow Wiswell.5
